The first post - not so easy!
I don't know why I named my blog as 'the curry connection' but it seems like 'curry' is the answer for all the problems in the world.
Anyways, after having spent a few hours understanding how the blog 'thing' works i have reached this page. Writing your first post is always difficult, maybe because you don't know what to write or you don't know how to write. I am going to write whatever i feel is necessary and hoping that a few of you in the world will read some of my stuff.
The blog will have a lot of foodie content, recipes, restaurant dishes/reviews but emphasis will be given on seasonal produce, nutrition and flavour. I am a head chef at one of the best cookery schools in Britain and this blog will have some contents from the cookery school and its courses.
The idea is to enjoy sharing what seems right and at the same time develop the habit of writing using good english.
I think this much of writing is enough for today. Got to go as tomorrow is busy in the school, we have Northern Indian Cuisine course with 8students and i still got to sort out the menu for our first 'Chef's table' night to be held on the 26th of June at the cookery school. Oh! not to forget about 60cover canape function on the 13th of June and my judging of some of the best restaurants in Bristol is yet to be sorted out.
Good night and see you soon,
Hrishi
